CHURCH SERVICES
We recognize all religious denominations and hold services on special occasions in our community. We have scheduled transportation to many churches in our area every Sunday. We are happy to accommodate everyone who wants to participate, regardless of preference.
REHAB TO RETURN HOME
We work with each patient, their family, and their healthcare providers to determine the care and treatment plan of action. When the ultimate goal is to return home, our therapists explore every detail of each guest’s living arrangements. We encourage family members to actively participate in the care so that they can help their loved one prepare for discharge.
When the plan is to stay in our care facility for an extended period of time, we make sure to work side-by-side with our nursing staff so that our guests can continue to function at their highest level to preserve their independence.
